Donate your musical instrument

Is the guitar from your childhood collecting dust? Is your trumpet from high school band merely a distant memory?

If so, Melodee Music presents you with an opportunity to clean out the basement, while supporting a worthy charity. Specifically, Melodee Music welcomes donated musical instruments, which donors are able to transport to Melodee Music, regardless of the instrument's condition.

Donated instruments will be sold and the entire proceeds will be provided to Friends of Homeless Animals "FOHA", a no-kill animal rescue organization.

Illustrating the success of this opportunity, in February 2008, a donated hand-made classical guitar was sold for $5,000 and over $14,000 has been raised, to date.

Such financial support greatly assists in the care of the 120+ dogs and 50+ cats residing at FOHA. Moreover, donations are tax deductible, thereby providing another benefit resulting from your generosity.

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, organs and pianos cannot be accepted.
